United Financial Mortgage Corporation Class Action Lawsuit

A group of former United Financial Mortgage Corporation employees have started a class action lawsuit. If you are a current or former United Financial Mortgage Corporation employee, you may be entitled to overtime payments through this lawsuit.

The lawsuit was brought after a team of attorneys investigated United Financial Mortgage Corporation's practices and concluded their opinion that United Financial Mortgage Corporation systematically failed to pay proper overtime to its employees. Currently, the case will be heard by an arbitrator. The arbitrator has not yet made any substantive determinations in this case.

A number of United Financial Mortgage Corporation employees have already signed up for this case.

How to Request a Ruling as to whether United Financial Mortgage Corporation Did Not Pay You Wages and Overtime

In order to be eligible to recieve any unpaid overtime in the event that an arbitrator finds that you are owed overtime, complete this form or contact us for a free, confidential discussion. Should United Financial Mortgage Corporation be found to have not paid you overtime in this, or another case, the arbitrator will decide how much overtime United Financial Mortgage Corporation owes you.

You qualify to join this action if:

If you are/were an hourly employee or a loan officer, or performed similar duties to a loan officer anytime from March 23, 2002 to the present and performed any work that you were not paid fully for, we expect that you will qualify to participate in the lawsuit, although the arbitrator will have to make that determination.
